La Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social diseñó el Programa de Autogestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (PASST), con el propósito de fomentar el cumplimiento voluntario de la normatividad en seguridad y salud en los centros laborales, con la corresponsabilidad de empleados y trabajadores.
Además, con la Certificación PASST, se busca promover la reducción de accidentes y enfermedades de trabajo y disminuir los accidentes laborales. Dicha certificación se otorga en 4 niveles subsecuentes:
➢ El 1 se otorga por el cumplimiento de la normatividad en seguridad y salud en el trabajo
➢ El 2 por las acciones de mejora continua en la seguridad y salud en el trabajo
➢ El 3 por los logros en la administración de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo
➢ Y finalmente, la revalidación del tercer nivel se otorga por la eficaz administración de la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo.
Nuestra Planta Polaquimia cuenta actualmente con la certificación en segundo nivel del Programa PASST.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare designed the Self-management Program on Safety and Health at work (PASST), in order to encourage voluntary compliance with the regulations on safety and health in the workplace, with the responsibility of employees and workers.
Also, with the Certification PASST, one thinks about how to promote the reduction of accidents and illnesses of related to work activities and diminish the industrial accidents. The above mentioned PASST Certification is granted in 4 subsequent levels:
➢ 1 given by the compliance with the regulations on safety and health at work
➢ 2 for the actions of continuous improvement in the safety and health at work
➢ 3 for the achievements in the administration and documentation of health and safety at work
➢ And finally, the confirmation of the third level is granted by the effective and efficient performance of the safety and health at work.
Our Industrial Plant currently has the second level of the PASST certification.
